I have been visited to this office for years. They are very nice. One of the hygienist named Liz that I liked she has left the office. She was very gently to clean my teeth. I would prefer to have Ms. Liz to do the job than others. Others are too tough!!Report
I have an HMO plan. I used this office once and decided to change dentist due to a few reasons.Report
Their staff isn’t very friendly or welcoming. Even if you call over the phone, they don’t seem excited to talk to you or help you, they sure are quick to hang up. The office is very old and outdated, which isn’t really an issue. The technology is very old school for the xrays and what not. The dental hygienist’s room smelt like some one had been chain smoking cigarettes in there for years. That was very uncomfortable for me. The hygienist did a spectacular job on cleaning my teeth though. I’d given them 5-stars for the quality of cleaning I received! I don’t have much to say about Dr. Pangburn because I had very little interaction with him during my visit. He basically just looked over my teeth and told me all is good. I was suppose to have a cleaning in March 2020, but due to COVID, they canceled my appointment and told me they would call me when they could start rescheduling patients for cleanings. Either at the end of April or the very beginning of June, dentist were allowed to presume dental care. A month had passed since and I never heard anything from them. I ended up calling them and asked to make an appointment since they cancelled mine. They told me they were not going to be able to see me until late September or later. This is the moment I decided to find another dental provider. They probably treat long time patients better than this, but for someone new, they sure don’t seem to care about you.
