Wonderful location. Great service. Loved the Fire Pits. Definitely will return to this Hotel when in San Francisco.

Been an hour since I checked in and it's already been a horrible experience. The lady at the front desk didn't seem to know what she was doing, asked me if Hindu is the same as Indian, which tells me she wants to know what my nationality is. Should it matter? They also asked me for my vaccination certificate, which I gladly provided. Of note though, is that no where during the booking process was it mentioned that I had to be vaccinated to stay there. Does it mean they wouldn't let me check in if I wasn't? We called room service, no answer. We called guest services twice for a wine opener, they asked me to come down and get it. After waiting at the front desk for several minutes, one of the attendants makes a casual hand gesture, indicating that I come ahead. On asking for a wine opener, he said they have none and that I should bring the bottle downstairs to be opened at the bar, and then proceed to take the bottle back to my room and drink the wine there. When I indicated that I just called and was asked to come down for a wine opener, he snapped, "well, we don't have any, what do you want me to do?"

Central location, good breakfast, clean room.

If you want to catch COVID come here, this hotel will take you and not cancel your reservation.

If that's a risk they're willing to take over a hundred bucks. Can you imagine other risks they're willing to take?

I highly recomended staying at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and the complimentary breakfast phenomenal. Location is perfect, with many attractions close by.

El hotel super ubicado, habitaciones limpias, cómodas y un excelente desayuno. No obstante alas 6pm ya está todo cerrado y se siente ligeramente inseguro la zona. No tiene restaurante esto puede ser un reto.

Facilities look nice and clean but, room not sure yet…spare time specially for the check in…you might have to sleep in the lobby while waiting! Sssssslllllooooooeeeeesssstttt ever!!!
