The hotel is not central to downtown, but we are intrepid city-walkers and enjoyed leaving our car at the hotel and hopping restaurant to restaurant for appetizers and cocktails. The hotel is clean. We had a lovely corner room with a fabulous room on the 9th floor. Try to get a higher floor and a room with a city/mountain view. Pretty stunning!

We stayed 2 nights to explore Asheville during the Christmas season. Location was great and easy to get to everything we wanted to see. Bell staff was attentive in getting our car in a timely fashion. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is near the highway but the noise wasn't really an issue. You are staying at a city hotel so you can expect some noise. Would certainly stay here again.

Positive: Convenient location to walk to restaurants and shops. Nice and quiet at night too. Negative: Maybe add a small microwave to the rooms?

In my opinion, bathroom was not clean to my standards. I saw hair and missed spots around the bathroom. Because of this alone I felt the room was dirty also.
