I have stayed in so many Homewood Suites. Out of all those, this is the worst poorly maintained property I have stayed in. Imagine, there were no water bottles to buy in their little shop. I told the manager that as an HHonors member, I am entitled to two bottles of water. She went inside the office and got me two bottles. I then asked her to give a bottle of water to my friend staying in another room. She looked at me and told me that she did me a favor by giving me water! My friend did not get any water.
Next day, I went down for breakfast, there was no butter! All three days I stayed there were no fruits. One day I went for breakfast at 8.30am and there was no breakfast left!
In the room I was staying in, both the telephones were not working. Usually, in all Homewood Suites, there is a garbage can under the sink. Here, there was not any.
This property has shaken my faith in this Brand. Maybe next time I will choose a Residence Inn.

The hotel itself was clean, but I was highly disappointed with housekeeping. A housekeeper knocked on my door hours before I was supposed to check out and waited outside of my door until I exited my room. I stayed for a week, but my room was only cleaned once, and it wasn't even the best. Also, be aware that this hotel has people with pets staying in it as well. This was not communicated when initially booking. Also, there were roaches outside of the building.
