Hotel is located at 81 and 169. It is a very nice hotel as far as cleanliness and very kind staff. The coffee needs a better sign could never find it. Other than not having a complimentary breakfast I have no complaints.Report

We loved the bed and size of room. Breakfast was great and staff allowed us to make a Togo box for family member that left hotel early in morning and was not able to get breakfast.Report

We usually stay at this hotel when we visit Tulsa for holidays and long weekends as it is close to our families in South Tulsa. We booked a room for Thanksgiving 2021 on November 10th and when we arrived on the night of Thanksgiving to check in, they told us they didn't have any rooms for us. I assumed there was some sort of miscommunication provided my confirmation number and the gentlemen said that they indeed had my reservation, they just didn't have any rooms available so they could not honor my reservation. No other IHG hotels had any availability at that late of notice. It would have been great if we had a received a notice ahead of time if there was some issue with their room availability. Also, the IHG rep could not refund my money for the reservation, only give me points?? It was a frustrating night. Anyway, we won't be staying at this hotel chain any more given they apparently can't honor valid reservations.Report

Buddy is the best employee that you have staffed at this location. He made sure that we were happy and ensured that everyone was taken care of with a smile on his face even though there were several tournaments the weekend we stayed and he was the only one working the night shift. HE NEEDS A RAISE. He did not complain one bit and continued when things got hectic to keep a professional attitude at all times.Report
