The front desk staff went out of their way to make you feel at home. If you didn't want to talk they wouldn't force a conversation out of you, yet we're very kind when you had questions.Report

The beds were uncomfortableReport
The staff at check out were rude
The house keeper knocked on the door at 930 am
I told her we were checking out at 1030
She stood in the hallway by the room complaining
That she had a life and wasn't gonna stay there all day waiting for these people!
Also i called the day before coming and told them my card had been compromised could i pay with cash? I was told yes that would be fine
I get to check in with payment in hand and was told i couldn't pay with cash…. Had to call around begging someone to cash app me until i got home….. very embarrassing
