The check-in was quick and easy. The customer service was good and the rooms were clean. The breakfast was ok but slightly lacking.

I have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express numerous times. This time (December 2021) the hotel wasn't as clean as usual. Pool water was dirty. No towels or housekeeping even though requested it. Had to ask at the desk for towels. Think we will look elsewhere next time we are in Cheyenne.

Nice clean and comfortable hotel but unfortunately it's the little things that you remember. This was most likely just our room but the shampoo and conditioner were both empty and there was leftover food in the refrigerator from a previous guest. I would still there when back in the area.

Outstanding above and beyond service!!! We've been on the road for a week when we stopped here. Just what we needed. The room was spectacular. The facility overall was great. Free breakfast and all the time coffee. When we come this way again, we will definitely stay here again.
