The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. The rates were very reasonable. The mobility accessible room was spacious and accessible, except for the bathtub, which had no transfer bench for those of who can't climb over the tub.Report
The airport shuttle was not handicapped accessible.

Really bad customer service from some staff. Specifically the person who checked us in. However, came across some really friendly and professional staff.Report
Rooms badly need a full revamp. This is our 3rd time staying at the hotel and we can see standard have gone down dramatically.
