Easiest sales experience I've ever experienced. This is my 4th vehicle from Bill and it is never a hassle or run around. Beyond fair trade in value and best pricing around.

From reaching out to the dealership online to talking to Brody on the phone to driving across the state to purchase my first ever brand new vehicle deserves 10 stars. The environment in the dealership was super friendly and relaxing. Everyone was in good spirits, and really got a kick out of the daily Dad joke on the dry erase board!! Thank you Brody, you rock! My mother purchased her new 2020 Explorer from Houston; there was/is a recall for the back up camera. We ent to Bill Fick Ford after calling and they sounding so excited to repair it for us. My mother took it in for the repair to Bill Fickl - and they stated they repaired it.
a week later the blue screen.
We called and asked to get some answers - and recived none.
"Bring it back,,,,," "Did you hit it on something...." etc.
Why would I have my mother do that when you failed to be compentant the first time.
I get no returned calls from those who are supposedly in charge; Rene-Director, or Alan Service Manager.

So I will contact Ford, as I should have done after the first week of run around.
I have my thoughts on the reason behind this - same belief why when we first attempted to purchase the vehicle here she was treated like her credit was less than 300 - and it is over 800.

I am writing this because we have different last names and this will not reflect on her, even those we share other similarities. 2021 or 1821, not sure these days.
(I was told by some people of a more majority community within Huntsville they were like this here. I have always try to give people the benefit of the doubt and have my own expierences....well they were right it seems)
I would not purchase from here or have anything serviced here.

Highly recommend the drive out to Bill Fick to pick up your new Ford. Wife and I had been shopping and tried staying local but local.dealers would not work with us on price we knew what we wanted they gave us the no bull price which had already beaten every dealer we had visited and they came down even more to a NO BS price so we drove out that day and picked up her new Expedition Max. Truly felt like we got the best deal. Paul Daniel was the gentlemen that helped us overall great experience will definitely purchase my next powerstoke from these guys once the 2002 f350 needs a break.

Prompt service, quick fix, surprisingly competitive pricing.

Corey the service man that helped my sister with her Edge was great ! He called and took our calls over three days. My sister had gone first to a tire store and they had done poor work. Corey and the service techs fixed the car by repairing the other stores mistakes. We thank God for service people like Corey.

Always friendly, helpful, and honest. Love the people at Bill Fick Ford and I get all my service work done on all three trucks with only them. I bought my most recent expedition from them in May and it was a quick and easy process.
