Our Arlington brewpub is a combination of hand-crafted beers and artisan, locally-sourced food in a uniquely American setting.

We have 18 taps offering a wide variety of only the freshest craft beer inside our Clarendon taproom & bar. From sours to barleywines, we offer ales from our brewhouse on site, or our flagship brewery Heritage Brewing co. in Manassas. One tap is dedicated to featured local breweries and collaborations. Our cellar consists of our own barrel-aged, limited release, and sour bottled beers which are available in house and to-go, along with six packs and fresh filled crowlers from our bottle shop.

From seasonal ingredients to locally-sourced produce, dining with us is a harmonious blend of fine foods in a casual setting without breaking the bank. We provide a farm-to-table full service restaurant experience that carries through in our beers, dishes, and how we repurpose our grain in every way possible.

Our contemporary menu is built from scratch by renowned NYC chef Donal Crosbie, the visionary behind Trinity Place, Hudson Hound, and The Bailey restaurants. Our head chef, Josh Ber, is an old friend of Crosbie, having met while honing their culinary skills under legendary Chef David Bouley. The two have now reunited in Arlington and brought their expertise together in this groundbreaking new Brewpub & Roastery.
