Generally the actual service is decent, but the customer service has been extremely poor. Minimal to no support during off hours, 2 hours on hold with elevator music, and frequently no follow up for technical calls.ReportRe: Generally the actual serv ... The service has always been excellent and the few issues I've had have been resolved quickly. One of the best ISPs I've ever used!Report
