My son Tom is a long term amputee and has previous experience with Hanger in another city. Hanger Clinic in Inverness gave him outstanding care, especially because Chelsea was his technician. She was simply wonderful. She immediately understood his unique problem and worked with him patiently to solve it. She was empathetic, efficient and never made him feel she was hurried while he was there. She went out of her way to get his new prosthesis made and to him in record time. Thank you Hanger Clinic and Chelsea for helping make a very emotional experience positive.

Very limited instructions. No follow up by clinic. Poor response to inquires and concerns.

Hanger has a great staff friendly and knowledgeable. Their location and parking lot leaves a lot to be desired. Their parking lot is small, they are located right at a light, making it difficult to get into.

the clerks are very rude and unprofessional. I filled out the admission information, but upon talking with the clerk there later, they say they have lost that information. Seems very unprofessional. I decided to go else where.

To make a long story short. I had a above knee amputation 3/18. Stsrted working with Hanger 5/18. Tried several times to get a C-leg on advice from Hanger. I had my own insurance case worker in which they would expedite any claims (usually a 5 day turnaround). This leads us to November and December. Because of Hangers incompetence namely Leeann and Kelly they didn't get my claim in on time before the year end. Since they screwed up they tried to make me pay my $4500 co-pay. Spoke to District Manager Greg to see if they could fix the problem. He was obnoxious he wouldn't let me explain what happened. So bottom line is do not use this incompetent company they'll lie to you and not help at all.
