Terrible experience today at approximately 1125 with the counter rep. I would have asked for his name but after being spoken over, interrupted and ignored because he was too busy talking with his coworker, I gave up. Can't recall ever being treated so rudely anywhere.Report

I was talking with a man with a deep voice. I mentioned that he had a cool radio voice. He said that he was actually suffering from some allergies. I told him that many of my ninth grade students were suffering as well and in fact I was about to go buy Kleenex for my classroom. He asked if I had to buy that stuff myself. When I said yes, he told me to wait right where I was. He went to the back and came back with two boxes of tissue from my classroom. It absolutely made my day. That is truly service.ReportRe: I was talking with a man ... Gunary replied on Wednesday, September 29th 2021Amy, Thank You for the kind words. Random acts of kindness are much needed in these negative and trying times in our society. I've always held a high regard and admiration for teachers and the role they have to fulfill.
How can their phone messaging be full. Not answering phone or putting on hold!ReportRe: How can their phone messa ... Gunary replied on Wednesday, September 22nd 2021As with other small businesses in Cabot, we are temporarily short staffed due to Covid. It has always been our store policy to assist walk-in customers first to reduce long, waiting lines and answer calls when possible. An average shipping transaction takes from five to seven minutes, to complete. Leaving a caller on-hold for that long is not appropriate. Most frequent questions which callers have, can easily and quickly be answered on our website.

Dropped off a package to return to a retail store and I applied the return label that came inside the box on top of the existing label on the box. The box returns to my house and I bring it back to ups and they said Its the responsibility of the customer to remove any labels. If the employer saw any labels she should have removed any or said something to the customer before accepting the box and shipping it. If you see something wrong then say something or fix it. Anyways they said they couldn't even find where I had dropped it off to begin with. Jennifer was not so helpful but Jake was very helpful.Report
Edit: in response to owner. I never admitted to putting the wrong label. I added the return label that was included inside the box like most retail stores do to return items. The retail store specifically told me to adhere the return label to the box and take to the ups store to return item which I did. You must have me confused with another customer. Just admit fault and don't pass blame to the customer.Re: Dropped off a package to ... Gunary replied on Saturday, February 6th 2021Jessica, Thank you for your feedback regarding your visit to our store yesterday, we apologize for any inconvenience that the return of your previously shipped package caused, however you admitted in the store upon your second visit that you had placed the incorrect label on the package when you dropped it off with us for return, thus causing it to ship back to your residence. The one you placed on the box at drop off was a duplicate of the original shipment label that was used to deliver the package to you when you ordered your item(s). As we explained on the phone and in your visit to our store, it is the customer's responsibility to remove all previous shipping labels from the box if the customer chooses to reuse the original shipping container. Here's a quote from the instructions on your return label that you emailed to us to print for you yesterday: "1. Ensure that there are no other tracking labels attached to your package." We try our best to catch as many excess labels on drop off packages, but it is not our policy to be solely responsible for doing that.
