All of the staff was amazing. The receptionists and the dental hygienists were always super friendly, and empathetic of me getting anxiety at the dentist.Report
Unfortunately my experience the Doctor Cassidy didn’t meet the standards her team set. I went in to the office in hopes of getting braces. I was pressured to do Invisalign because “no one can see them”. When I came back for a follow up Doctor Cassidy repeatedly mentioned how much my husband was going to love my smile when I was done. Part of the way through my Invisalign treatment the pandemic hit so I didn’t go for check ups for an extended period of time. When I went back the receptionist and dental assistance were all in KN95/N95 masks while Doctor Cassidy who was in the surgical mass. When I asked why she wasn’t wearing a KN95/N95 she said “because surgical masks come in pink”. At the time it was the peak of Delta and I have a high risk child at home. I decided to not go back to GLO and am working with Invisalign to get my info transferred to a new dentist.

Everyone I have worked with at Green Lake Orthodontics has been wonderful! They all communicate quickly and are very friendly. I needed a replacement retainer and they booked me the day after I called, and I had a new retainer within two weeks. They are reasonably priced and go above and beyond for their patients! I would highly recommend Green Lake Orthodontics to anyone.Report

Dr. Sara Cassidy, our skilled orthodontist, attended the University of Washington for both Dental School and Orthodontic Residency.
