I called this place because I am getting countertops installed in my home. I am very big on customer service and the woman that picked up the phone was VERY RUDE. I said hello how are you doing this morning and she replied How can I help you. Stunned and confused I asked if she could hear me ok and she said yes I can hear you so I then repeated myself and said how are you doing this morning. She repeated and said how can I help you. At that point I was not going to do business with this company. I would recommend to get her off the phones immediately. Maybe my southern hospitality isn't for everyone but when you are in a place of serving customers, customer service goes a long way!

We did receive your call today at 11:37 am, it was myself who took your call, Debi Smith. We certainly apologize if you felt we did not offer enough "southern hospitality" when we answered. I answered the call so that you did not end up going to voicemail thinking I could assist in expediting your call and getting you to the appropriate department. At the time of your call both Katie and myself were finalizing orders with customers and had other customers waiting in the showroom. Rather than have your call go unanswered I thought it would be better customer service to acknowledge our customer and get them to the right individual that could assist them immediately. There are times in a showroom environment when there is just more going on and we can't always take the time for pleasantries like answering how our day is going which takes time away from our current customers that we are assisting. If you read through our Google reviews you will see that our standard of assisting our customers is high, I personally do my best to make sure they are taken care of throughout the process. Rather than go to another granite company I would invite you to come in and speak with Katie, I am sure she would be very happy to assist you in your current project. We are here Monday through Friday from 8 to 5 and she will be here this Saturday from 10 to 2 as well. Our commitment to our clients is substantially higher than other companies in the same field and our reviews speak for themselves. Thank you for taking the time today to voice your concerns, they are always appreciated and we can always strive to do better.

This is one of the best places ever to get granite or other stone from.
The have home depot,lowes and floor decor beat .the custome service was great thank you Debi Smith for and awesome, painless purchase.
And I have to add the installation was just as wonderful as this company.
