I would like to say thank you. I had been looking for a good gutter cleaning in the the city since ages until I stumbled upon Gutter Cleaning & Repair Alief. One of the best! Their mannerisms and morals are always unflinching and high.

I was referred to this company by friend who also has rental properties in the area. I had not realized how important it was to address the debris around skylights and in the gutters until I had roof and wall damage at a rental due to a clogged pipe that cost me thousands yet, had I maintained the unit properly it would have saved me not only money but time and trouble. In the process of searching for them I was really off put by the aggressive competitor slip in. Pardon me if I dont describe this properly but when I searched for local services alike SUNSHINE gutters has seemingly listed company's in the area that actually are not real companies. I had clicked on several links asking for a james and providing my friends contact info as a referral but each number I called routed me to the same guy who was listed for all these different companies. I had forgotten the name and just figured it would be easy to just call and check.

I finally reached James with Gorilla gutters and explained my experience. He informed me of his competitors tactics which has contributed to my desire to post my review.

Bottom line - impeccably clean is all I can say. James is quite a character and I find his expressions positive and flat out entertaining at points. He even stopped what he was doing to come and help bring some hea y packages up from my vehicle for me when he had gotten to my personal residence. OVERALL A lively energetic experience resulting in good quality results. All for quite a value.

I will be a life longer and sense I will look forward to our seasonal experience knowing my properties are well cared for and that the energy shared by James is contagious.

Very good job; the young man was very diligent about cleaning uo and the boss did get job. Now I am good for at least 3 years. thank you Gorilla.

After being a very bad citizen, and not having cleaned my gutters since 2011, I knew it was time to have them cleaned. I had originally contacted another service who was out of the area for the season, but they highly recommended GORILLA GUTTERS. Two focused, confident workers came to my house, right when they said they would, and did a FANTASTIC job. They were quick, and clean, but most importantly it was really easy to talk to them. I will be using this service again.

I'm not sure exactly what happened here. We always put customer inquiries directly into our spreadsheet and I searched but don't see your name? We make sure to leave a detailed message stating that we are in fact closed and if it's urgent to simply email us: [email protected] I searched our email and went back to this particular time and couldn't find anything pertaining to you or anyone other then a few past customers. The one thing that all of our annual customers know, is that Gorilla Gutters closes sometime around the first of August and remains closed for 10-14 days. This is for a few reasons: We as well as just about every Gorilla employee has children. Most of our kids go back to school later in the month. Allowing our guys as well as ourselves the opportunity to spend a little extra quality time with the kids prior to the school year seems important. Furthermore, late July and Early August is our slowest month and our records show it over the past 18 years. We ask a lot from our guys during the Fall and Winter months. We ask them to start early and go till dark and to be willing and ready for urgency jobs Saturdays and often times even Sundays. At the end, I apologize for the mishap. It's beginning to feel near impossible to keep everyone happy and so all we can do is continue to try and remain forever loyal to each and every customer who relies on us to have their home ready for the winter rains ahead.

Made an appointment with James he was punctual and professional. He explained where he recommended the gutters be installed and without hesitation we scheduled him to do the work. We are completely satisfied with this company we have had absolutely no problems. I would definitely recommend Gorilla Gutters.
