This is the worst dealership to get serviced completed I had an 8 am appointment for a oil change and walked out of there at 10:45am. We have spent over 3k on a service and there are still issues happening in the same area the work was done to the point it was happening then and did not just start happening the noise and vibration was happening before. If you need a service I advise you to go to another dealership. I know they are the only one in Fayetteville sadly but I will drive further to have work done rather than go back thereReport
My daughter brakes wouldn't allow her to start her Nissan Sentra. Find out it was a recall on the Stop Lamp Light. Had an appointment for Tuesday the 14th. But the car would not start that Saturday called one of the mechanics he said I can bring the car in. Finally got it started and went straight to the dealership and did not take no more than 20 minutes to fix the problem. The car has been running great ever since. Went for oil change and tire rotation,they usually wash the vehicle also. Didn't wash it and left greasy fingerprints on the driver's door. Not very professional for a dealership.Report

Service department needs to do better. They didn't rotate my tires and it took 3 times to fix my problem taking 5+ hours each time. Service manager did call me but just said sorry and that he had new people. Never even offered to let me come back in and actually get the tires rotated.Report
Time will tell but apparently my system was outdated, that was probably the reason it drove weird. But the communication was there and they finished same day. I called this morning to ask a simple question in relations to my warranty and after going through four different people I ended up with the most unprofessional and uncouth representative that a firm could have representing their company! The representative kept reiterating that she couldn't hear me on the phone when hearing from my end was very clear. After providing the information as requested, I followed up with a different concern about the warranty (fully paid) to determine what portions of the coverage I needed to extend. The representative made an unprofessional conjecture for me to "stop" as if I'm child and then began to further show her ignorance and disrespect, by telling me to "listen " to her, but keep in mind, I'm still unable to totally get my actual purpose across for the call. I told her that she wasn't going to speak to me in that manner and I asked for another representative to take the call. She refused and continued to speak over me and then stated that she was hanging up and she did! How manipulative and controlling? The representative was garrulous, abrupt, unlearned, haughty, and lacked the customer service skills to solve simplistic matters; clearly doesn't value your customers; and has terrible telephone conduct. This is why our latest Nissan vehicle was purchased elsewhere and the service department has been lacking since the change in ownership as well! The building aesthetics have improved, but the greatest resource which is "man power" needs great improvement! I am a consumer, I have patronized your company for services over the past 7+ years, possibly longer than this representative has been employed with your organization! What matters to your company? Clearly, this representative needs training before allowing them to engage your customers.Report
