Do not recommend. They charge 100 dollars to cancel your membership. This gym is dirty and constantly packed. Take your business elsewhere

I love this place. I've been to several gyms over the years and this is the best one!! The staff is AMAZINGGGG!! Love the manager Day!! Everyone is super kind, helpful, and just overall amazing people to talk to. The community is one of my favorite things! I always feel safe here especially with their covid protocols.

I have worked with Daidre here trying to start new after a huge weight gain and she and her team has been so supportive of my journey. They really take care of you and are so positive and there for you throughout your journey with them. Feels good to feel like you have a team on your side to help you with your goals!! I highly recommend working with Daidre and her staff at this Hayward Fitness 19 location!

This gym is cool. I like to come here.

I've been a member at this gym for a while now and it is one of the best gyms out here. Fitness 19 is a place where you could let go of all the negative energy you have built up and release it in a positive way. This is a great gym and has multiple good qualities about it but definitely one of my favorite reasons to go has to be because of the manager Dai. Every morning Dai comes in motivated and filled with a positive attitude, with enough energy to rub off on the members and those around her. I've learned so much from Dai and I'm sure other people can too, with the way she is able to handle situations thanks to her amazing leadership and communication skills. Although it is a gym her presence makes you feel at home, her mindset and approach will get your day started in the right direction. I guess you could say that Dai really makes my Day.

DAIDRE DORSEY is an absolute LIGHT!!! She is the new club manager and can be that essential component for any clientele who needs to feel encouraged and supported on their fitness journey. If you haven't started your road to a healthier lifestyle or have AND need someone to guide you and help you along the way- I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING TO FITNESS 19 HAYWARD to meet Daidre and establish your fitness goals at this establishment.

Yessenia was a great help to me and explained all the great features fitness 19 had to offer. She was able to answer all my questions and I left feeling confident in my decision.
