We came to the service department to get an oil change and tires rotated. They said it would be an hour and a half. That was no problem, 4 hours later we got the van back and the service writer said it took that long because of parts…. For an oil change and tire rotation. We did provide all four tires already mounted on wheels with all of the lugs.

I have used this shop twice, and twice they have grossly failed at providing customer service. The first time they ignored me while helping someone who came in after me. Then they told me I would have to pay for services that were covered under my agreement I had when I bought the vehicle. The second time we took in our vehicle with electrical issues less than two years after I bought the vehicle. Over five weeks later and we are still waiting to get our vehicle back. This is the only dealer I have had to deal with that refused to give a rental, or even a loaner, while doing warranty work. We still have no idea when we will get our vehicle back and only get updates when we call to ask about the status of the repairs. We will go out of state from now on to get services and warranty work done. This is ridiculous!
