Joh winterburn the manger was great.very professional!if there was a problem he would get right on it .guys were great to work with .got laid off due to covid-19 very fast pace company

Rough start when I used valet at a restaurant. Had an issue, but wound up getting taking care of. I understand mistakes happen, we are all human. Its all about the end result. In the end I am happy with the out come.

I worked for this company 1 day and quit the second. I have never quit a job before I my life like that. During the orientation, they layed out all of the precautions, procedures, and systems for the job. Get to the job and all that gets thrown to the wind. They do not follow most of them. If I was a thief I could easily steal your $40,000 car because they don't follow procedures. They are completely unprofessional and careless. They trained a guy for 2 hours and let him work alone after that. Anything could have happened because he was not properly trained. Our training wasn't done by a manager. I quit because I didn't want to be held responsible for something that was the companies fault. We weren't protected and you aren't protected. Don't give your car to this valet company. Most of the time I'm sure everything turns out fine, but if you are one of the unlucky few, by the other reviews on here you can see they will never take responsibility. Walking is really good for you. So if you can, please do.

Terrible management and staff. Older "manager" valet at Gibsons oakbrook talks to people like he owns the joint. Disrespectful. Unacceptable.

I had an emergency at delnor hospital in geneva and the valet person with the name of Javier C. Was very polite profesional and very humane, thank you for your servicie. I give five star ...

Javiar at Delnor is fantastic! Sometimes valet gets really busy and he is juggling 4 or 5 cars around! He always has a smile on his face! He takes particular care with his older customers. Thank you for having him help me!

I have a brand new car and the first time I decide to use valet at the Cheesecake Factory I end up with deep scratches on my vehicle. Please take pictures before you park!
I sent an email with my contact info, I had to keep calling to get a response. All I got was a email stating they investigate and no one said that they hit my car. No phone call or anything. Who would admit to that??? No one, frauds! I will never in my life use this company and I am in the process of complaining to the BBB, social media outlets and other reviews online.

People know how their cars, the damage occurred from your drivers. You take people money to park and dismiss yourself from liability when it benefits you.

Ms. Davis, we thoroughly investigate every damage claim. Evidence of damage to your vehicle was presented to representatives of FC after leaving the location where you utilized service. This leaves a period and uncertainty where the damage may have occurred outside of FC's control, and without your knowledge. Because of this, we can not ascertain whether or not a representative of FC caused the damage. As stated on the receipt portion of your valet ticket, Once the vehicle departs from the location in which service was utilized, FC ends the bailment agreement between the valet operators and the vehicle operator. During our investigation, we determined that the damage to your vehicle is not consistent with the path of travel or location where it was parked. After thoroughly interviewing all attendants who had operated your vehicle at The Cheesecake Factory, and reviewing operations from the day of your visit, we were not able to find evidence that the damage occurred while in the care of FC. I understand and sympathize with the pain of noticing damage on a new vehicle. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept responsibility for damage that could have occurred anywhere at any time, including after your visit.

Thank you FC Valet. Everything went off for my holiday party without ANY problems with parking. Drivers took good care of my guests, were on time, and stayed until the end of the party. We would hire them again. Not only was the service excellent, but they responded to my request, got me a quote in a timely manner, and did what they said they would do. One thing that I didn't have to worry about the evening of the party. Thank you.
