The ceiling material kept falling down on top of my stuff and the staff said they couldn’t do anything about it - told me to cover up my stuff. That was lame, but otherwise not a bad storage place.

Locating and renting storage units was extremely easy and the facility and units are in great shape - clean, workable and very well lit with external and internal lighting. Great location and easy to access. Would recommend these facilities.

Quick and easy setup process. Friendly staff. Clean and Felt Safe. Would rent there again if I need to in the future.

From “move in” online, to otp support from the store manger, to “move out” I experienced support, kindness and the most professionally pleasant service.
I enjoyed my conversation and interaction w such pleasant staff who assisted in everyway I needed.
If the price and convenient location is what drew you, the customer service will definitely keep you.

Extra Space provided a safe place for me to store my items for 3 years. The property was always clean and the managers have been friendly
