Our home was built in 1994 and the old (primitive) method of crawl space grading and a corner drainage pipe stopped working (the pipe clogged after 30 years). Chris and his team, who are very professional, assessed the situation and presented available options (as well as inspecting for mold). We decided to go with the full encapsalation and our crawl space moisture issues as well as the potential for mold are gone. Highly recommended and it was a pleasure to support a local business.

Would strongly advise not using this company for foundation repairs or moisture remediation and the prices are very high. I have a girder floating in 2 places and spent $140000 with them 2 years ago, and had them back last year. They are backing up “you should have known” with flimsy evidence not no quotes and are trying to say I understood my girder would still be floating. Full stop- this company was okay charging me $6k for foundation repairs and $8k for their “mid-range” option to install a dehumidifier and vapor barrier. I would strongly advise not using them because they will put the onus on the customer for their poor and unofficial communication NOT related to your contract (well, it came up in another context so you should have known), and then weasel out by saying “we talked about it”. Poor communication. Shoddy evidence. And they even refused to give me a quote on remediation of the issue because our conversation got too uncomfortable. Don’t waste your money.

Working with Elite Moisture was a great experience. They did a great job and kept me informed and involved at every step. Very professional and communicative. I can wholeheartedly recommend Elite to anyone who needs similar work done. My crawl space is now well protected and dry.

Elite performed mold removal and crawlspace encapsulation. They were easy to work with and did a great job. The one negative in the experience was the unexpected cost of reinforcing some floor beams, which had water and mold damage that was not seen until they pulled out the insulation. Highly recommend this company!

They were always on time always explained everything in great detail and performed above and beyond our expectations. We highly recommend them for any crawlspace encapsulation job.

They came in and did what they said they would do. Had them install a new vapor barrier, clean up any mold, and replace my insulation. I looked super clean when finished. They even alerted me to my hot water heater leaking, which I replaced. They even suggested that I add some vent wells to keep water from getting. I was very pleased with their service. Would recommend them to anyone.
