Guys were great!
They gave us a lot of their time explaining and with a smile.
Stunning shop!
Reasonable prices for a Harley.
They also have some part exchange bikes with cheap price tags

Excellent

Attended a recent Demo ride for the new Pan-America and Livewire, both Bikes are very un-Harley Davidson, but both are excellent models, better than expected!! The day was well organised and all the staff were great.

Needed an emergency repair on my Triumph Tiger whilst touring and these guys sorted me out in a heart beat.
Not only did they loan me a Sports Glide so my tour wasn't interrupted but the repair was less than their quote.
Great friendly team, fantastic ? ?

Absolutely fantastic and trust worthy dealership, the team at Edinburgh Harley-Davidson are incredible and really friendly! Huge variety of clothing range, used bikes and new bikes. The sales team were so knowledgable and I felt super welcome, would absolutely recommend :)

just really disappointing Sent my bike here for mot and service. After 2 weeks I had to call up to c what was happening to then be told they were a week behind but it was now done. I then asked if they had fitted the bars and exhaust and headlight cover I sent with it ? And asked of they had looked into the intermittent loss of power to be told they would check and call back. 5 days later I drove down to the shop as it was pointless calling and they didn't get back to me again. When there was met with a rather unempathatic approach and tbf a completely unsatisfactory set of excuses.. companies should be happy their busy and at the very least not blame it on junior members of staff being over worked. That shows poor management passing the buck. I was then promised it would be with me by the end of the week this was a Tuesday and finally it arrived back on the Friday.. £318 quid lighter and not an apology in sight in fact weeks later I'm still waiting for the management to call but hey I guess I'm p*ssing in the wind there.. maybe it would be better service if I had a 20k bike Totally unacceptable and for someone who's taken their bike here since owning it its the last time I'll go there overinflated and overrated and couldn't even fit the headlight cover when they said they would after declaring they wouldn't fit the customer exhaust and handlebars I sent with it all jn all a lot of money for a oil filter some oil and a new 60 quid led light for the number plate ...
