The service they provide is fine. There customer service is horrible. They tend to use texts for all forms of communication. Details get lost in texts and it is very frustrating. I would stay clear of this company if you expect "respectful" service.

I am impressed with both the responsiveness of the owner and our technician Tim. They communicate right away and they are very accommodating. I really appreciate Tim and all he has done to treat our home to address our pest issues.

Well, we had a mixed experience. We had them come to find how to get rid of indoor mice. They found a couple of places where mice might be getting into the house, but when pulling out the dryer and dishwasher, they compromised them both, and we were not able to use the dishwasher after their visit, even though the mice situation seems to have been taken care of. EMPS came back, corrected the issue with the dishwasher, and promised a free outdoor spray. We were able to rig a temporary solution for the dryer, and just recently replaced it after it stopped working. We have tried contacting them several times for the outdoor spray without any response from the company. We are now going elsewhere for our services.

Eco Man does a great job explaining how their process works, communicates well for scheduling purposes, and is getting rid of our bug intruders!

As always Kevin comes through in the clutch. Spiders are our biggest problem and of course those large outside water bugs in the garage finally decided to move into our house and get comfy. Even though it was a rare occurrence to see then, one time is enough. We used the services prior and it worked quickly and left a nice fragrance, nothing like the other places. The plus is that it is eco-friendly which helps because my mother has severe asthma and we usually have to make hotel reservations for 1-2 days. With his product she didn't even have to go outside. Kevin does a very thorough job and he walks you through the process letting you know of any preventive techniques that may help in the future. I would highly recommend his services!

I have worked with Eco Man for almost 3 years, receiving their economical quarterly service. The entire team is professional, courteous, flexible and a pleasure to do business with. The solution they use is effective and smells surprisingly pleasant. And they are always on time and provide you a reminder as to when they are arriving. I had an emergency with fleas one morning and Tim responded quickly to take care of it the same day. Now it was likely a bit faster than normal because Tim was providing service to my next door neighbor. But how do you think my neighbor heard about Eco Man? That's right, I referred them because they are awesome!

Had a brief interaction with the owner. I accidentally left one of my spreaders at the yard I was treating. He flagged me down and made me aware that I had left it.
Very kind gesture considering I work for another pest company!

Fast, friendly and effective

Called and spoke to owner about my issue who requested photos be sent. I did as requested and waited two days then placed a follow up call and left a voice mail. No response. I figured well everyone gets busy give it a day or two so waited until a week had passed and called again and left a voice mail no response. I get it that companies have labor issues but EVERY company that is open can return a phone call within a week. Will never use this company.
