Dream home construction was just a name for me before we started the project , we had no clue that we would end up building a long time relationship with the company and his owner Ben.
I had met Gal for the estimate as it was the very first project of our life it had to be done the right way and Gal made us believe that he and his boss will take care of us.
We were remodeling our kitchen it was quite dated , the project started out well David did a good job with demo and framing, then came the electricians Jorge, Edison, Alex, Erick, Dylan , the plumber Nahu the paint guys Victor and Calvin the tile expert Freddie and they all did everything to please us and keep us happy. We got the opportunity to meet Ben and we feel fortunate to have met such a wonderful person who has become a friend , he is a giver of happiness and positivity.
I got a little worried in between but after Ben showed up things went smooth and we were left with a beautiful friendship and a beautiful kitchen.
Ben you have an amazing team because you are an amazing human being.
I want to thank all the above mentioned people for giving me my beautiful kitchen , you all are kind , hardworking and very good at what you do. I have to say that Ben and his team went above beyond to help us achieve what we wanted , never said no and that is what I call a excellent customer service which not everybody does or understands.

I'm not one to write reviews. In fact, this is the only one I have written.

Chen was great to work with. My wife and I are so happy with the finished product. Quoting was fast and accurate. Kitchen and laundry room remodel started and completed on time. Cost was within the original quote. Throughout the whole process, Chen was attentive to detail, considerate of our time, communicative, and thorough. Ultimately, we felt that he was just as invested in the project as we were. We appreciated that Chen was more than willing to address any concerns we had, no matter how small they seemed.

In contrast to other contractors, working with Chen was super easy from start to finish. He gave a rough quote to give us an idea of the cost after walking through our house; it also showed his level of experience with both labor and finished goods. Chen also came in lower than quotes from other companies. After we expressed interest in working with DreamHome Construction, Chen gave us a detailed quote in writing which followed his initial estimate.

Chen was able to bump our start date early which worked great for us. Not only did our project start on time, Chen was ALWAYS punctual whenever we met. He provided high quality, reasonably priced suppliers to meet our budget constraints. He also came with us to the cabinet, flooring, and tile suppliers multiple times. Chen gave us helpful design input on different styles as well as functional changes that would make our small kitchen feel more open. We appreciated all his feedback and that there was never any pressure to go with a certain path. After the work was complete, he notified us of extra material that we could return to get money back.

We noticed many reviews mentioning Ben. We would like to highlight our fantastic experience working with Chen. We think it speaks highly of the quality of DreamHome Construction. It seems like no matter who you get, you will be happy with your remodel project.

I have had the pleasure to work with Dream Home Construction on remodeling my 3 bathrooms.
Ben was attentive and did not stop at anything until I am completely satisfied with everything.
All of the bathrooms in my house are small, but Ben helped us design them in a way that makes the best use of the space we have. They turned out more beautifully than we ever thought they could be.
Most importantly, no surprises, kept the house clean and debris very contained, handled every request immediately (I can honestly say Ben was the most responsive service person I have ever worked with), and finished the job ON TIME!!
I was thoroughly satisfied with my experience with the entire team, and I can’t wait to invite them over again to remodel my kitchen next year.

We have so enjoyed working with DreamHome Construction! We know we can count on Ben’s experience, talent, and expertise for all our renovation needs. He first helped us when we were updating and redesigning our kitchen. Ben suggested a new layout that was functional, attractive, and blended well with the rest of our house. Our friends were truly blown away when they saw the results.

We later decided to update our primary bathroom as well as two other bathrooms. Ben worked diligently on designing attractive and functional rooms. He is very detail oriented and thorough. He always offers creative and appropriate options and helps us to make smart decisions, often at lower cost.

After hearing about all the pandemic-era remodel horror stories I was approaching our remodel project with trepidation. After being told multiple times “Well, we won’t be able to fit you in until the end of the year” my wife got a recommendation from a friend. Right from the start Ben was positive, energetic, reliable, and friendly. He actually was able to start our project a month earlier than when we first spoke.

My wife and I had the broad outlines of a vision but Ben, one step at a time, helped us put the details into the vision, and Larry was the magician that brought it to life. The project involved a bathroom makeover upstairs, and a complete remodel of the main living space by removing the dining room walls and redesigning the kitchen and giving the fireplace a needed facelift.

The project came in on budget and within the schedule parameters outlined by Ben at the outset. We are so excited with the results and will Dream Home Construction to anyone considering a remodel. It was a ?????????? experience.

Ben and team did an amazing job with our master bathroom remodel. He spent some much time and energy with helping me design and providing recommendations. He made the whole process as smooth as possible. I had no idea what I was getting in to with the remodel, but Ben helped guide me through with an amazing result. From the first time we met Ben at Dream Home, all the way to the completion of our project (kitchen and bathroom reno) we always felt Ben's genuine desire for exemplary customer service. He truly wants to see clients be delighted with the outcome! Even now, many months after his part of our reno is long-completed, he is quick to respond to our questions and needs. Through no fault of Dream Home our appliances have been much delayed in arriving and Ben is quick to make any last minute adjustments as the appliances arrive one by one. Ben is relationship driven and doesn't simply view a project as a moment in time, rather, he views it as a long term commitment and we know he'll always stand behind his work. It's also worth noting that Ben delivered us a timeline and project estimate that both ended up being 100% accurate - it was truly amazing! We finished exactly on time and on budget. He's an extremely responsive communicator - you'll never have to sit around wondering if he got your messages, he responds immediately, and with a great attitude, every single time you reach out. Aside from that, Ben's just a really nice guy, easy to be around, cares for his work and community, and most of all genuinely cares that you LOVE your project. Thanks Ben, you're "legit"!

Going with AHR (now Dream Home) was the best decision we made on our kitchen remodel. Throughout the process, Ben always made us feel that our complete satisfaction was his top priority. When asked, he freely offered his opinion on various design and pricing options, without being pushy. He then saw to it that all the subcontractors implemented our choices to reach the best possible outcome. And he had no hesitation about requiring a sub to redo a job if it was not finished to his high standard.

From the first meeting with Ben, we were confident that we'd be in good hands with the renovation of our outdated kitchen, dinning, living and family rooms. Ben told us that what he cares most about is the satisfaction of his clients and that they are happy with the outcome of the renovation. True to his words, he exceeded our expectations and we are so happy with the end result.

Our experience working with Ben has been absolutely amazing. He's very accommodating, responsive, transparent and professional. There were many things that Ben accommodated for us to ensure that we were satisfied with the remodel. For instance, our initial request was to raise the kitchen ceiling a tad bit so that it leveled with the ceiling in the family room. When we saw the potential of raising the kitchen ceiling even higher, Ben was quick to cater to our need and vaulted the ceiling for us. The vaulted ceiling created such a dramatic difference to our kitchen area! Although we deviated from the original plan, we were not charged extra cost. This is just one example of the quality of work Ben and his team delivers.

Even after our renovation is complete and we've settled into our home, Ben doesn't hesitate to send his crew in for modifications to make sure we're totally satisfied with the outcome of the renovation. Working with Ben has been one of the best experiences we had and we're quick to recommend him to friends, family and colleagues who express interest in renovating their homes. Because of the stress-free and wonderful experience we had working with Ben, we're eager to renovate the rest of our house with Dream Home Construction in the future. :)
