I’m incredibly happy with my Rhinoplasty results with Dr. Grigoryants. A very easy and smooth process from start to finish. I felt immediately at ease with Dr. G and very reassured, as he gave very clear explanations about the procedure enabling me to make an informed decision with total clarity and confidence. His surgical precision and attention to detail has given me incredible results in a very short space in time. The nurses and the team at the operating center gave outstanding care throughout the procedure and during my healing process. And he is fantastic with follow up, answering any questions you may have. I recommend him very highly and without any reservation.11/10!

The best plastic surgeon in a town

I really wanted a great experience and great nose after all the hype he had! I followed his work on IG since 2015, I did my nose 2020 and did my research or so I thought. I worked hard for to save the money to pay for a rhinoplasty unfortunately, my nose is almost the same as it use to be! It’s super thick and doesn’t have a slope, or look anything like we talked. It’s still looks just as big and I feel so ashamed I spent 11k just to look the same.

When I contacted him via email and visit the location, He said it was swelling so when I had wait 2 years for the “swelling” to go away. I sent an email, but he stopped replying to my emails. I have pictures of before and after, and no difference!! Feel free to contact me if you want a longer review, but based on his reviews and IG posts, I feel I was mislead. He also did a few IG famous people which they had a good outcome but not for myself.
Please PLEASE do your research! I wish I would paid more attention to the bad reviews for him.

Dr. G is an excellent doctor. I have seen a lot of reviews saying he is amazing with aesthetics or that he is a really hot surgeon, but in truth he changed my life in a different way. I suffered from undiagnosed sleep apnea and used to have serious anoxic seizures in my sleep as a child. I could not breathe through my nose and if I went for a run it would hurt my throat- for the first time in my life post surgery I could actually jog and breathe! So beyond just aesthetics, he changed my life. I receive compliments on my nose and at the same time people who have known me since childhood were surprised I had surgery, so the response was very natural.

I am beyond happy with my results. Dr. Vladimir did such an amazing job with my nose and has given my twin sister and I so much confidence. I have found him on TikTok a couple years ago and after doing my research I just knew I had to choose him as my surgeon and I made the right decision. Words cannot describe just how happy we’re with our results. Such an amazing doctor! Thank you so much!

I am extremely happy with my nose! It has been almost a year post op and I have gotten so many compliments on my nose. I had a bad dorsal hump before and deviated septum. Dr. Grigoryants really did an amazing job and I felt very comfortable speaking with him. I was very self conscious about my nose and hated my side profile. Dr. Grigoryants changed that and now I love my new nose, I am so happy I went through with the surgery. The RN Natalie also does amazing fillers! I travel from far and only see her now, thank you!

There is simply no other medical professional I would have personally trusted to perform my septoplasty and rhinoplasty other than Dr. Grigoryants. Even when looking in the mirror for the first time post-operation with my bruises, swelling, and cast covering my nose, I can confidently say that my results were exactly what I wanted and what perfectly enhanced my features. Not only does my nose cosmetically flatter my face in a natural and not overdone way but I can also breathe much better and have yet to contract a sinus infection in the past 5 months post-surgery. The staff at the office and nurses assisting the procedure provided high-quality care and really helped me remain calm and prepared for my first ever surgery!

My nose looks like a nose that belongs on a bird’s face. What doctor with common sense reduces the bridge of the nose and makes the tip look like a thin stick. I hate to be so descriptive and share this but he shamelessly defends his work and does not own up to anything . If you want everyone to know that you got work done he is perfect for fake, unattractive noses that don’t come with a warranty and will not work as before. The surface of my nose as well as the inside has issues. What a waste of money and bad decision.

I have had the most amazing experience with Dr. Grigoryant and the beautiful ladies that work in his office. I had done consults with many other surgeons but Dr. Grigoryant was the most honest doctor I met and he set very real and reasonable expectations for my rhinoplasty outcome. I had a dorsal hump and droopy tip which he mentioned he would fix with no problem. I also have facial asymmetry which doctor mentioned would improve with the overall shape of my nose but not completely resolve. Dr. Grigoryant made me feel very safe and heard and gave me the natural results that I was looking for. Highly recommend Dr. Grigoryant for anyone who is sure of what theyre looking for because he will give you exactly what you want and what would fit your face.
