Excellent. Always nice, answers all of my questions, goes above and beyond to help me medically. So happy I called him for an appointment when my medical problem started. For almost 20 years Dr Patari has worked wonders on my hands to allow me to enjoy my favorite hobby of woodworking. Thank you Dr. Patari.

I was extremely pleased with everything I experienced and with all of the services I received. Dr. Patari is very thorough, friendly and professional. The staff is also. I will certainly return to this office if/when needed.

Went there for my dad, saw Dr Patari he is very nice and professional. He treated my dad very nicely.....will surely visit him again if needed.

I was there for "Trigger Finger" I saw Dr. Patari. I had to wait for an hour past my appointment. Then the Physicians assistant asked typical questions, about 8 minutes later the Dr. came in. He didn't introduce himself or say hello. He did comment he liked the picture on my phone. He looked at my hand, held both hands and asked why one hand was colder than the other. Asked if I had thin blood vessels on my legs. ASKED didn't check, asked if my toes get cold. Then, asked why I had 2 band-aids on my fingers. Proceeded to berate the type of band-aids I was using, did ask if he could change them, I of course said yes. That's about all he talked to me about. He said he was giving me a shot, cortisone I think it was and just stuck me with a needle. I asked him will that fix it? He said no, I'd probably have to have more. Did not even give me any instructions to help with the pain and my finger sticking.He told his asst. he wanted all these blood tests and told him why. Then had a nurse take my blood pressure on both arms (I do not have high blood pressure) also didn't tell me why. That was it. I had to ask the Asst. what the blood test were for and why, what he thinks I have, that I need blood tests. I asked the Asst. if he could write down things because I won't remember. He said ok. He printed the blood tests ordered. He wrote what the Dr. thought I had ,since the Dr. didn't tell me. He wrote it on a prescription pad, I couldn't read his writing & told him with a smile that he has a Dr.'s signature. the Dr. was not very nice to him either. I have no beef with him. He was trying his hardest to do what the Dr. wanted. He apologized that it was taking him a little time to enter into the computer. I was so shocked the way the Dr. was that I couldn't react.Needless to say I won't be going back. It sadness me because I had a number of Orthopedic issues years ago and this is where I went and receive amazing care.

He was very kind and Pleasant during my initial appointment and was very informative however, his staff is so incompetent. He scheduled me to do a CT scan right away because once we get the results he wanted me to call back to let them know if we can schedule my surgery. (I have already done an MRI and had x-rays he just needed more imagines before surgery... his words).

I have left four voicemails and no one has called me back. his nurse’s voicemail says they’ll call you back in 24 hours however, here I am still waiting to know the findings from my CT scan and when surgery could be scheduled.

4/27/2018 update!!!

After four attempts to schedule my surgery Dr. Patari’s office called to schedule My surgery but I found another doctor. I believe her name was Debbie.... she told me she will let the doctor know Bc I told her I do not trust they will help me with post care if they can not help me schedule this surgery.

Apparently, now she sees the urgency that I need surgery and has called me yet again to ask me to schedule surgery and I again said no because I have another doctor who is seeing me and doing my surgery.

I think she doesn’t want to tell him that she dropped the ball and lost her another one of his patience by not calling them back. ( I have read a few reviews and they are notorious for this)

July update!!

After going to another doctor and getting reviewed by him he referred me back to Dr. Patari. Dr. Patari is the best person to handle wrist surgery in our area.

I have always liked Dr. Patari as I mentioned before but his staff was not up to par. After I went back and let the office know I was not happy with the service they (not Dr. Patari) provided. They were extremely better at handling my paperwork and my appointments. They also apologized.

From that moment on I did not have any issues and they were as pleasant to be around as Dr. Patari was.

My surgery went well and I am very happy with the office for keeping me informed and scheduling my follow up appointments while I was out of with for several weeks. I healed really fast and have been told by many people that the doctor before my surgery did a great job on suturing my wrist up.

I would recommend this office to anyone. As I said Dr. Patari is very nice to deal with, gives you honest/helpful feedback and cares about his patients!
