Although I didn't use valet they stopped my car and had "bro" attitude and zero customer service. No welcome. No thanks. No hello. Just plain rude. Although 4 of 5 times I drove up they weren't even there. Front desk not much better. Rooms loud and cheaply built. Cheap windows with lots of road noise. Couple in next room partying and all noises plain as day.

I'm diamond status with Hilton. Normally I am happy with everywhere I stay, and this is a very new facility, with nice rooms. However, the parking price is ridiculous and not clearly advertised. The rooftop bar that they market looks nice, but closes too early to even be seen. I'll stay elsewhere when I visit my hometown of Asheville again.

Have stayed here twice and both times have been great. Very clean and staff has been amazing and very friendly. A great hotel with an amazing rooftop bar!

Spotless room, halls and open dining areas. All staff wore masks.
Breakfast buffet was diverse, hot and cold items.
Highly recommend this facility and the wonderful welcoming staff.
