Demond helped us rent our first condo JC and buy our first home in Randolph. He was extremely transparent throughout the process and consistently offered unbiased opinions about the properties we looked at. Demond would be the first to point out anything of concern with a property, which as first-time home buyers, was critical. We never felt pressured to make an offer or increase our offer without clear data presented by Demond and his team. We highly recommend Demond's services!

Demond was a pleasure to work with. He made the process of getting my condo sold a breeze and had my back throughout the process. His market knowledge and professionalism helped me feel comfortable hiring him to get it sold while I was living out of state.
