Ruth Molina is a realtor associate there and helped my friend with his rental. She did not disclose to him that she and her husband owned the property and has withheld his deposit after he moved out. It's been about four months since he moved out after his lease expired and they have not returned his deposit or sent him a letter explaining why the deposit has not been returned.

John D'Angelo did a fabulous job working with us to get our condo sold. His firm staged the apartment and the marketing, photos, and mailing were all top notch, Highly recommended. Thank you, John and team.

Awesome !!

This is the third property we have transacted with using D'Angelo as our realtor. Each time John and his team have gone above the call of duty to ensure we had a good experience. They helped us find movers, recommended cleaning services, and even assisted in procuring temporary car storage while we were between transactions. These are all things that he did not have to do but volunteered to assist with anyway. We appreciate their efforts and highly recommend them!
