It is my first time to be in a Dance Studio in my entire existence and I am so thankful that my first experience will be in Dance with me Long Island.Their team truly are amazing. I felt their warm welcome when I came in, and I'm really grateful because I feel the belongingness in this place.The same passions that just want to be monsters on the dancefloor.They are all professionals and I can see their expertise and dedication to their clients.I will definitely go back to this studio,maybe not regularly because of circumstances, but I will :) I love to learn more from this team. More power :)

Dance With Me Glen Head has become my second home. As someone with self-esteem/confidence/anxiety issues, I've always loved to dance but always withdrew in myself to never let me progress. Every single one of my instructors have helped mold me into a more confident person who challenges herself day to day. It always feels like a breath of fresh air walking into that studio every week. They're so hands on with their students and everyone always has a smile on their face. I wouldn't suggest anywhere else for dancing.

Simply the best dance studio. I've learned so much. I've gained so much confidence in myself and this studio has helped me gain that. I'm learning disabled, and part of my disability is having a hard taking directions and understanding them quickly. Here at Dance With Me, the instructors have been so incredible with... it would be hard for someone to guess that I have a learning disability because of the fact of how well they have taught me. The instructors and staff have been amazing and are truly wonderful people. Very talented group of people. I've had the pleasure of learning from some of the best coaches ever. I love this studio and wouldn't go to any other.

Dance With Me has allowed me to try something I've wanted to do for years. You are always greeted with a smile, taught by knowledgable teachers and given the opportunity to work with amazing world class coaches. Ballroom dancing has helped increase my confidence and I'm very grateful for that. I have met some wonderful people at this studio who are now some of my closest friends. If you've always wanted to try ballroom dancing, do it! Don't wait! The time is now! I wish I would have done this years ago!

When I came to Dance With Me Glen Head I had not taken any dance lessons, etc. I thought ok maybe a few lessons! But this was not intimidating and everyone was so nice that I thought ok....maybe a few more. That was 4 years ago. Now if I have to miss a lesson I am really unhappy because the whole experience exercises my mind, my body and soul.

My son, Brett, has been a student with the Dance With Me Glen Head studio for 8 years, since he was 8 years old. He is an original student since the studio was a month old, and has enjoyed himself the entire time.
Brett is on the Autistic Spectrum, but nonetheless, the teachers and staff past and present have always been enthusiastic, supportive, and encouraging to name a few qualities.
Dance With Me is a family in every sense, and is nothing less than exceptional. I cannot say enough about the teachers and staff. Dancing, his involvement with the showcase sand competitions within the Dance With Me company has contributed to his development, confidence, respect, social and communication skills. Brett dances because he loves it and has fun. Everything they teach you at Dance With Me doesn't start and stop on the dance floor. You take it with you.
If I could rate Dance With Me 10 stars I would. And we look forward to celebrating Dance With Me Glen Head and Brett's 10th anniversary.

I have been taking ballroom lessons at Dance With Me Glen Head for five years and I am completely satisfied with my progress and my program.

Dance With Me provides exceptional instruction in a warm, friendly atmosphere. Their instructors are well-trained in all areas of dance. Whether your goal is to be a competitive ballroom dancer or if you just want to feel more comfortable in social dance situations, DWM has a program to meet your needs. Their instructors are adept at assessing a student's skills and then design each student's program to optimize their individual growth and success.

Dance With Me offers its students a variety of experiences, such as competitions and showcases, that are designed to give students the opportunity to practice and hone their dance skills.

Dance With Me students have access to the best coaches in the dance world. I have had the opportunity to train with both World and American Champions and their input has been an invaluable tool in my personal growth as a dancer.

Over the past five years, my experiences at DWM have enriched and changed my life. I have found great people, great friends and great success at Dance With Me. It is more than just a place to learn to dance. It is a place to grow.

I personally feel that this place is a total rip off. I first came to Dance With Me after going to a studio that was not teaching me the proper technique. I was about 17 years old and got an introductory deal. The instructor was nice but was teaching me open level dance routines and was NOT teaching me technique. I didn't go there to dance some silly show dance like the celebs on Dancing with the Stars. Today, I find it rude that they had such little respect for the art of ballroom dancing to not start off by teaching me true technique. Not knowing what a good instrutor really was at the time, I continued dancing there until my package was done. The manager would not work with me in getting me new package at a good cost and wanted me to pay $120 for 45 mins. I didn't go back to the studio and began to dance in Brooklyn and NYC.

If you want to learn how to dance ballroom, go to Ballroom Palace in Roslyn, they are way more reasonable for Long Island and they have instructors who are invested in you progress. If you go to Dance Passion in Brooklyn, you can also get quality private lessons from $50 -$70. Ballroom dancing should be respected and not captialized on and exploited.

Ivana, we are sorry that your experience did not meet expectations. We take pride in providing not only good dance education, but a unique dance experience for each student. If we failed to do that, we apologize. Our policy is that if we do not meet your expectations, we will offer a full refund if it is presented to the management. It says so on all of our lesson verification cards that are signed after each lesson. If you'd like we can offer you another complimentary lesson with one of our new teachers at our brand new location. Regarding pricing, our pricing is competitive with similar dance studios that offer a commitment to excellent service and an inspiring environment. In order to provide the level of service and compensate our hard working team, we have to make a price that can cover all expenses while being competitive. We would not have all of our thriving locations across the US if we did not price our service fairly, but there are certainly other options out there that may suit your needs differently.
