CVP Windows & Doors

We recently installed approximately seventeen Custom Vinyl Product casement windows in our Williamsburg, VA home and are 100% pleased with both the product and the service. Prior to production, at least two measurements of each window are taken to be sure of exact fit. We had expected that the install would be somewhat messy but not at all. The professional and courteous install crew covered the install area with tarps and vacuumed up every bit of the little debris left after finishing the window. Likewise, not one piece of debris left outside. The crew installed all the windows in five days, a number of which required additional custom final sizing on the jobsite. A big plus is that the grids are inside the windows eliminating our old push pin inserts and making the windows much easier to clean. The Company offers a number of options as to glass and other features. It is likely that we will have to replace some additional windows in the next several years and we certainly will engage Custom Vinyl Products to do the job. The company is also a local Newport News firm which meant we were supporting a local business. All in all, a five star job.

Great service, was able to get window service earlier than expected! Cleaned up after the installation inside and outside. Wrong screen size was ordered and it was acknowledged along with being replaced!

I will be using CVP for future replacement windows for my property.

I was anticipating an improvement in insulation related to temperature, but had not considered that sound insulation would also dramatically improve. The quality of the windows and doors is excellent and the buying and installation experience exceeded my expectations. A minor problem was fully and quickly resolved with great customer service. Will absolutely return when we decide to replace our main entry door and sidelight.

I hired this company for an unusual door. They custom made the doors to fit a not standard entry. The doors look beautiful and the installers were the best. The quality of the doors is without measure the best I've seen. I cannot wait to show off our new front look.

We had to replace our original 1964 windows. We called several company's and they either didn't return our calls after measuring or never showed up. We found out about Custom Vinyl Products from a google search and were intrigued to learn they not only install windows but they make them in their Newport News shop. Jon showed up "on time" for our consultation and went over everything in Detail on what we can expect. We decided to move forward because we felt very comfortable with the company and he gave everything to us straight. When it came time to install, Donald came in and took over. He runs a great Crew. All the employees were clean, friendly and were extremely careful with my home. They also didn't come back to us with change orders or asked for additional money. I would highly , HIGHLY recommend CVP. I am also a local business owner and I am a firm believer in doing what you say. You will not be disappointed in hiring them for your new windows in your home.
