The hotel is not bad, is close to universal studios, between 7 and 10 minutes in car. Just to let you know you have to pay $22.37 a night for parking in the hotel which I found ridiculous, the pool area is nice. The breakfast was included with the room and it was very good but is kind of weird because you have to ordered at the bar area and someone bring it to you.Report
The board in the lobby says check out before 14:00 at the latest. However, since 9 o'clock there has been a staff member who opened my door without knocking with the room card (3 times), and the staff kept knocking on my room(2 times). The staff also keep calling my room phone (4 times), which is very annoying. If necessary, we can pay overdue fees, but I don't think there is any need to bother. And the sound insulation is not good at allReport

Those tvs need to be upgraded. They're horrible and small. So if you think you'll sit back and relax and use your own streaming device?, it won't work. They told me the upgraded tv was on the higher floors for their established guests. The engineer came to the room with 2 different tvs and they all didn't work. Front desk said their not setup for accepting hdmi wires. I don't think anyone really knows. We received breakfast coupons for the inconvenience. Expensive parking fee " waived " even though I didn't park there but was about to be charged for it.Report
