Crowne Plaza Melbourne-Oceanfront

I had a beautiful room with an ocean view balcony and spectacularly awesome sunrises!! Staff was so polite and helpful! The restaurant has a great view of the beach. I never used the pool. I would definitely stay there again. In fact, I'm already making plans.

Great time staying at the hotel, had excellent room looking out at the ocean!

A nice weekend away from reality! We loved our room, nice view of the ocean and SO relaxing. We also enjoyed the restaurant on the ocean!!! Great service from the staff at the restaurant. The only complaint we had was on our last morning here housekeeping was cleaning the room next door to our room. Instead of using her key to go in/out of room, multiple times she put the lock on the door so she would not have to use her key...causing this LOUD thud EVERY TIME she needed to exit/enter the room. This started @ 9:30 AM and woke us up because we kept thinking someone was pounding on our door. WAS a horrible way to wake up -__-

We were very happy with everything in Melbourne and especially our stay at the Crowne Plaza Oceanfront. We enjoyed breakfast on the open deck within a great view of the beach & waves. Katie our server was genuinely thoughtful to make sure everything was perfect. Excellent food too... The Crowne Plaza has a beautiful beach and in addition, they have a great umbrella & chair rental service. Everything was set up and ready. The pool was ideal, but we spent most of our time either on the beach, or sitting out on our balcony. We had a view looking south so we could see the ocean, as well as sunrise, sunset and the Intracoastal Waterway. Special thanks to Cory and all of his staff at the hotel. Excellent service by all...

They have a nice (looked new) minibus and we used it for our ride to the airport. The driver was superb!. We plan to return and hope to stay longer next time.

BTW - MLB is a wonderful airport.
