$537 to replace a $47 part. I’m not really sure how this place has a “4.9” star rating. I will give them a 3 because Andrew the service provider was a great technician and very friendly. I did sign the estimate for them to do the work so ultimately this is all on me but I recommend going through another company. I was under the impression that the part needed was much more as I do have a 30 year old unit. So for less then two hours of work and a $47 part $537.. not to mention at the end of the work I was asked to pay $674 as they forgot to tack on the “free” diagnostics.. I refused to pay that amount and they did take it off.

Layne Nichols was amazing. He fixed every problem we had with our electrical wiring, lights, and every problem that came up as he was fixing it. He was friendly and educational. Highly recommend. Thank you Layne.
