We occasionally refer clients to Continuum and I consistently receive positive feedback from the families about how quickly Continuum was able to start services (usually the very same day) and how positive their interactions with the hospice team are. It's a great group!

If you have a family member that may be requiring hospice or palliative care, Continuum is a wonderful choice. As Director of an assisted living community for seniors with dementia, they have been there at all times for our residents. They communicate with the family constantly to keep them in the loop on their loved one's condition.

The Continuum team is loving, compassionate, and patient with everyone and they offer special services that some hospice companies don't offer.

Continuum is always there and able help families through the whole hospice process 24/7.

I totally recommend them for anyone in need!!
