Brian argued with us about the need to place photos on Zillow. He didn't want to and claimed he has "no control" over what appears on Zillow. We persisted, and they were finally placed.

The house sold quickly and it went under contract for more than what it was worth. At the time there was an issue with Zillow not syndicating correctly. I explained this to the seller and showed the seller how the photos were on all 3rd party websites that day. The following day the issue with Zillow corrected and the photos were back up. I never argued the need to place photos on Zillow. I just stated that I did not control Zillow’s backend platform which had issues that day.

Brian is top-notch. We live in New York so we had to a lot of the leg-work via phone,email and face-time. Brian was extremely patient with us and we found him to be personable and knowledgable. And....hes a real nice guy.

Brian Schrader is the best real estate agent the my wife and I have ever worked with. Brian is extremely knowledgeable about both resale and new builds in planned communities. Brian is patient, enjoyable to work with and tireless in his quest to help. I highly recommend Brian.
