It was well and fairly quick, the only thing is every time I get a service my tire pressures all get messed up, some will be correct and some will be far too low even 15psi lower than the others

Dishonest. After taking my car in for a pre-sale inspection, the sales manager's offer was adjusted for mileage(-$1000) despite them knowing the mileage prior to me arriving because I used KBB through their site which they used for an initial offer. And I had erroneously stated the mileage was 3000 miles more than it actually was. Complete waste of time.

My experience was by far the easiest and efficient car buying experience I have ever had. Everyone was so polite and on top of things. They even delivered my vehicle to me and I was able to stay in touch with a representative every step of the way. I am very grateful.

I had a great experience, they got me the car I wanted !!!!!

"They had a loaner prepared and completed the repair within a half a day."

BUT this was second time I had to come back. After completing the survey they harassed me with at least 5 times, they just tried to erase my initial complaints and only post the one line listed above that praises them for getting the repair done quickly. The first time I went in for the same repair, no one was prepared for my appointment, did not have a loaner prepared, have any information in the system about what my car needed or anything, citing that the normal manager was on vacation. Their lack of communication to prepare for my appointment did NOT make me feel any better about having to come back. They then expected me to wait until a manager could get there so I could get a loaner car when I work an hour away and needed to leave. I was told the manager would be onsite around 8am but I didn't end up receiving a call from that manager until after 9am asking why I was upset and why I didn't leave my car. Seriously?!

The wait time was slightly longer than expected given the service provider initial estimate; how ever they do good maintenance work here and it is worth waiting for.

I recently traded my vehicle at this dealership...if you need an auto go see Kirah she will treat you right!!!

Driving through the parking lot looking at cars and one of the employees driving a car for sale comes flying thorough n beeps at me then gives me the middle finger. Not sure how the rest of the staff is but I'm not going in to find out. Thank u older white lady for flipping me off and losing business for flow Mazda. If u hold your employees to a high standard u usually have a high standard of business.
