I really am impressed with the service at this office. Maria Cortes is inquisitive and cares as she got great details about our situation. She provides clear instructions and what to anticipate and laid out the whole process. She explained who we would be working with too. Salome Arguello, our case manager is now been our main point of contact and is walking us through the process. She’s helped with reaching out to the insurance company and providing great advice. This is such a long process but what I’ve learned was to be patient as there are many ways to approach the case. I appreciate the communication and her patience. I feel she has our best interest and there is genuine care. I’m pleased to be in their hands and confident that they are representing us the best way possible. Thank you and we are assured that the results will be beneficial.
