I've lived there before and after the whole renovation and I have to said CG is a nice environment to live in. It's a nice community because there were kids, families, dogs, and our neighbors were really sweet. I like that CG had lots of parking spaces and our townhome was close to the dumper, which was a plus for me. I do like that downtown Malvern isn't to far of a walk if you wanted to take a walk. In addition to all the pros, the only downside to living here are the closet space and sometimes you could hear your neighbors next door yelling. Lastly, my only con was that prior to moving in we had to paint our own unfinished walls in the dining room. I remembered CG management said they would send someone but we were already moving in so we just paint it the walls ourselves.

Charleston Greene is a very pleasing development to live in. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and professionally. The grounds are kept well maintained. The office does well communicating with the residents. The most desirable aspect the neighborhood is very quiet.

CG feels like a real neighborhood. Kids riding bikes, people walking their dogs, we enjoy knowing many of our neighbors. It's a lovely environment.
