Have been a customer, without a claim for over ten years. Now am on my 3rd or 4th agent they quit or move on WITHOUT reaching out to inform you. Also dont try to update youre policy the guy that has my policy NEVER calls back or does anything he says. Do yourself a favor dont use this place. ITS A HUGE JOKE THIS PLACE DESERVES ZERO STARS !!!!!!Report

Have had insurance with them for 23 years. will admit not always the cheapest but they have always covered anything that has come up with out question. Have stood by me the entire time. Will always recommend Farm Bureau when someone is looking for an insurance company.Report
