At Carmine Street, it's all about that thin, crispy, New York-style crust. We achieve it using a stone-brick oven that fires the pies at searing temperatures, crisply cooking the dough before all those soggy toppings get a chance to water things down.
As far as the dough, the recipe is adjusted daily to factor in humidity and temperature, we perfected our techniques at countless NYC pizzerias before bringing our talents to sunny Cape Coral.
