This is a typical quick tunnel wash/self vacuum set up that will rinse off easy daily grime but, with only a few seconds of soaking, won't take off sap or dried bugs. It might help to rinse off the car prior to arrival as a "pre-soak". Obviously, if you sign up for regular washes, it will minimize these kinds of spots. Vacuum power seemed a little weak. Unlike some places, there were no spray bottles of window cleaner nor dash "groomer".

Cancel in person. I tried to cancel via the website and they kept charging my card.

Hi Thomas, We here at Camel Premium Express are very sorry that you were still charged after you tried to cancel. Unfortunately, through our website there is a slight delay with cancellations. Going through our website does not guarantee an automatic cancellation because your card information is not stored online. What happens after you complete the request is that it is then directed to the specific site to be cancelled manually. This delay is why we recommend cancelling 7 days prior to your recharge date. It is best to tell us at the wash when you are there that you are planning on cancelling so we can put a 'discontinue' notice on your account. This will delete your banking info from our system so that once your recharge date arrives, there is no way for your account to be charged. We appreciate you being a customer and hope that we continue to see you at the wash!

Awesome and they let me do a rewash because I guess my car was too dirty the first time.
