Just saw the ad on tv for insulation installation and I decided I should warn everyone. They removed our old insulation and installed new blown in insulation last year. When I returned from work, I could here our carbon monoxide alarm beeping so I called the gas comp and they suggested I call the fire dept. The fire dept came out and they had to air out our house due to the high level of carbon monoxide. The young men from Butcher who did the job bumped the water heater exhaust pipe in the attic which lead to the exhaust in the house. All I can say is thank goodness I had the alarm and thank goodness my dog had passed earlier that year because she would not have survived carbon monoxide poisoning. No apologies. I paid full price for the job. Never using Butcher again. Traumatizing.

I would have chosen 4 1/2 stars if I could have figured out how. The Trane HVAC system is very quiet and has excellent cooling abilities. CON, very expensive! The installers did a great job. Very polite & courteous explaining info as they went. The air handler closet was very small and made installation tough, but Mike & Drake made it happen. Once finished, everything looked nice & neat!
Good job Mike & Drake????.

The service technician arrived ready to work. He was polite and professional. Issues with my A/C system were addressed and hopefully resolved.

The men who put in my new ac were professional and courtesy. They explained the process if my husband or I had questions. The salesman was also great. He gave us a good deal and helped with financing.

Bobby , I would like to say ..you and your team are the best around . Fairly priced , knowledgeable. professional.
