Had a car accident back in 2013 where another driver made a left into my vehicle using a car rental. My car was totaled and I had injuries that I hadn't initially felt right at the time of the accident but the morning after. I was advised to just go through my own insurance and to take a settlement, and I'm glad I went with my gut and sought out a lawyer. They came recommended from an alternate law firm that didn't have the time to handle my case. Right from the first visit to my office, the only thing I had to do was provide them with what happened and photos from the accident. They handled the rest. The communication with both insurance companies, and aiding me in getting the necessary medical treatments I needed so I could just focus on my recovery.

At the risk of sounding hyperbolic, I nonetheless ask - Is there a greater lawyer in Chicago than John Budin?!
Mr. Budin and his staff were tireless and diligent in their crusade to help me get what I deserved after being assaulted in a public school. They stood up for me against the corporate lawyers who tried their best to deny my workman's compensation claim. It took several years, but my confidence in the perseverance of Mr. Budin and his staff paid off in a just and rightful settlement.
I also want to take this opportunity to personally thank Mr. Budin and his kind, efficient, caring and dedicated staff who worked so hard to help me win my case. Without them, I would be on the hook for thousands and thousands of dollars in medical bills.
God willing I will never again need the services of an attorney, but as I tell everyone I know, "If you need a lawyer, call my lawyer, John Budin. He's a straight shooter who will do you right."
