Worst appointment booking system If you are about to make an appointment with them, good luck. This is the worst appointment booking system I have ever experienced in my life. I'm not used to miscommunication and constant booking errors when seeking an appointment with any healthcare providers, but I experiences everything with Brident Dental & Orthodontics @ N. Lamar location.

The front desk person is miserable with her communication skills @ N.Lamar Brident Dental & Orthodontics, sending me false information and rescheduling my appointment last min. If you want to safe yourself sometime and not going through all the drama like me, please help yourself and find another place.

I have absolutely no other options when it comes to dentistry or orthodontics due to my insurance. Honestly, my experience since I’ve moved here to Austin finding a provider has been awful.

I'm about to leave my 3 or 4th appointment where I have yet to have an actual cleaning. X-rays have been done twice since I've been here.

My prior visits I hadn't been called after hours of waiting and when arriving to today's appointment I was informed that corporate booked me incorrectly.

It has been a complete nightmare for me to have a simple cleaning done.

If I had another insurance—I'd happily go elsewhere. I am on my last nerve.

Please have hours to spend, money to blow, and days of vacation within the week to waste away if you want to be seen.

My experience here was very satisfying. I appreciated not being given any false expectations and my costs were not outrageous. I left educated, taken care of, and with my savings left intact. I was so happy with this experience, I brought my children here afterward.

Today is Wednesday 20th. I had the top teeth taken out, all was well! I HAVE NEVER BEEN MEASURED FOR MU DENTURES HOWEVER THEY GAVE AN UPPER DENTURE AND IT DID NOT FIT, IT IM FACT IT CUT INTO THE RIGHT UPPER GUM WHERE THE LIP MEETS THE GIM!!!! I CALLED THERE AND WAS TOLD TO DISCUSS FRIDAY APPT. AND TO TAKE THE DENTURE AND USE MY GAUZE. EVERYONE WAS WONDERFUL AND HELPED ME GET THRU PAIN!!! RIGHT NOW IM DYING IN PAIN PLZ HAVE A BLESSED DAY!!!!!

They took X-rays first and didn’t give me an assessment after my blood pressure was kind of high. They should’ve done the blood pressure first to keep from charging my insurance. That’s scamming to me.

I swear this is the worst dentist office! The front desk can't get appointments right! I had an appointment with a appointment card that was given to me by them. For them to tell me I'm not on the schedule even though I had a card. Appointment was rescheduled and then they tell me my insurance is inactive. They had Aetna on file and I've had cigna for 3 years. So I'm not for sure who at Aetna got that bill. So then the lady up front got the new insurance card that I have been having and said she can't verified because cigna is on lunch do I want to reschedule after already being there 42mins, what a joke. Like who has this type of time to waste! Not people with jobs that make plans at work to take off for appointments this place is ghetto!

I tried to get an appointment scheduled with Brident Dental. What I experienced was a complete failure of a booking system. I tried going to the 8522 N Lamar location - and was told this office was not in my insurance. So I follow their instructions and go to the 9813 N Lamar location - it is closed despite being open in Google Maps. I try calling to schedule an appointment here - I keep on being scheduled for the wrong dates, wrong locations. I still can’t get scheduled at this location.

I already found another dentist office within my network - I’m going there instead. Complete failure on Brident’s part.
