I think I have been with Lexus maybe 13 years and the reason is because Jeff in service. I love my Lexus cars but if not for Jeff Kaddatz I might have tried a different car. Jeff has always been so good to me and your service Dept is the best because Jeff is in charge. Susie Glass

The price on all of your service and parts and labor has quadrupled. I'm mean even if I can afford I don't want to pay it because the prices are ridiculously high. You need to lower the prices a little bit for customers to afford them. Thanks

Labor Day
2020

I was about to leave for a road trip this morning, Labor Day. The tire pressure indicator lit up on my dashboard. Although it is Labor Day, a holiday, I called Fields. Jeff answered. He said that they were closed but I should come by the dealership before I hit the road. Jeff personally took care of the problem...even though it is a holiday. Talk about service!!!!!
