Add ReviewSince opening day February 12th, 2014, the community has been more than supportive with most of their regulars coming back several times a week. It may have something to do with the pastries, cupcakes, and treats Kathy bakes fresh every day; or it could be the familiar faces of the small staff that know a thing or two about good, personal customer service. Then again the fact that you won't find anything frozen (except the kid's chicken tenders) or the presence of a microwave in their kitchen may contribute to their popularity; there aren't many people peeling their own potatoes for hash browns and French fries, or making homemade salads anymore. Their custom blended brisket, short rib and ground chuck Bistro Burger is already famous, and they once had a customer drive 51 miles for their Turkey Pesto Panini.
