I needed a new boiler after my old one stopped working; after much research online, decided to contact BoilerHut.
Spoke originally to Paul who ran me through the installation process and was up front with all costs, warranties and installation processes. All my questions were discussed; analysed and answered with knowledge and professionalism. At no time did I feel pressured to buy
I cannot think of another company who are so confident in their services that they would give you full access to their WhatsApp number and answer any queries by text (or in my case many video calls).
These standards of customer service lead me to book the installation; and I'm glad I did. Once I placed the order they informed me which engineer would complete the work.
Matteo (the engineer) called and informed me he would be at my property on the day and time requested.
On the day, he arrived promptly, on time and carried out the works in a very efficient manner.
All throughout the work he treated my home with respect and, on completion, the house was left tidy and in good repair.
He instructed me in operation of the system and asked me several times if there was anything else he could assist me with.
One week on; I have all the warranties, building regulation certificates and a warm home with hot water.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company for this type of work.

Very quick response after old boiler sudden breakdown. New one supplied & fitted within 48 hrs. Installation took best part of a day by very good gas engineer. Not the cheapest boiler purchase or install cost, and certainly not the dearest but, with full 10 year guarantee - not too bad. Very good customer service also.

Just had a new boiler fitted by Shaun and his assistant. Could not be more pleased they arrived on time got straight on with the job.They worked hard and finished the job in a very good time.I would definitely recommend Boiler hut to anyone.

I have already left a review but on reflection just wanted to say a bit more! Boilerhut were extremely professional even talking me out of the more expensive Viessman boiler and now that we have the Vitodens 100 it was the right choice - it's more than powerful enough, the house is nice and warm and the hot water is amazing in the shower! And it comes with a 10yr warranty!
They were also very quick to respond when our old Worcester boiler packed up and managed to install the new one in a couple of days.
Love the Tado smart thermostat they recommended, well worth it making our heating very controllable and even switches off when we leave the house and warms it up when we're coming home.
All in all it has been a very good experience dealing with Boilerhut!

We needed a boiler pretty quick as we already were without a boiler for 2wks at that point. They managed to come out within 3 working days so impressed and pleased. The lads did a quick and tidy job!

I had my very old boiler replaced. The process keeps costs down by not requiring a site visit but you send pictures as requested. This worked well and a call from an engineer rang to understand all the requirements led to a quote which I accepted and paid a deposit. The boiler delivery was delayed due to transport issues from Germany. When it did arrive I was immediately contacted to arrange a delivery date which was very soon after. One man ( Barrie) came to do the job and he worked very hard to deal with all the issues of the installation. . It was difficult for one person as my old boiler was large and heavy and there was much to do. He worked solidly from 8:30 am after a long journey to get here and left at 6:30 pm to drive a bout 3 hours for his next job the day after. he was polite and helpful throughout. I am pleased with the installation and there were no extra costs over the quotation. I am happy to recommend Boiler hut based on my experience, but I did think the job was very demanding on the installation engineer.
