Had a good experience with Bizchair. Found the chairs I wanted at a reasonable price. Came to me in a timely fashion and no shipping damage. What else could I ask for!

We purchased 50 chairs in addition to our 400 bought at another time. One of them cracked down the middle within the first week. We called to tell the company. They asked for some pics and subsequently sent out a replacement chair. It took a few weeks to get the replacement but it was a pretty smooth process. Thank you

Now don't get me wrong their chairs are five stars but they're communication experience is not I had to go through several iterations of declined payments because my address that is my legal address and my billing address were different make sure you're billing address and legal address are the same at your local bank because I spent twice as long waiting for my chairs then was stipulated because of a billing error, also there was supposed to be a physical handoff of the chairs and an inspection of said product and I wasn't even informed that they had made delivery those chairs could have disappeared in the time that it took for me to go out the next day if I hadn't gone out that day. I live in a moderately safe neighborhood but things get taken off the porches a lot plus they block the door, I mean I guess my neighbor if he had come home that day would have brought it in for me if I hadn't gone out but I got to it first it's the principle of the matter. so in summary product is very awesome (5 stars) comfortable and a holds its weight, didn't delivery and transactional part time (1-2 stars) needs some work.
